From our Human First series to Ellis’s ‘Expansion Pack,’ our workshops bring us into the room, in person or virtually, for facilitated experiences that are well beyond a guest lecture. Interactive & inquiry-based, we design for real engagement. From a full-day design sprint to multi-week series, we meet learners where they are and build from there.
The Mission
The world is changing faster than any curriculum can keep up. We stopped trying to predict what to teach — and started building humans who can figure anything out. We empower the mindset, skills and self-awareness that every young person needs — regardless of change they wish to make in the universe. Risk, resilience, storytelling & curiosity — these are the building blocks of how to human in a VUCA world.
The Work
Sessions are fully facilitated by Michele and customized to your community, age group and goals. Topics range from Asking Great Questions, Tell Great Stories and How to Fail Like a Champ to Life in a VUCA World and Guide to a No-Fear Future. Every session is hands-on, discussion-based and designed to leave learners with something they can actually use.
The Win
What we hear most often is that learners leave our workshops feeling confident, useful and inspired. The frameworks stick. The conversations continue. ‘When’s the next event?’ Is the number one follow up question before our learners leave the room.
