It is our mission to inspire curiosity & critical thinking in the next generation of thinkers, doers and leaders. We harness the power of human-centered education, original media & gaming initiatives for a positive, tech-focused approach to a more sustainable and equitable world, all through the excitement of a new age in motorsport.
Mission Pillars
Our foundational belief is that learning how to learn with unending curiosity is the most essential skill in a VUCA world. We engage the next gen in creating agency for a future they actually want to live in through four key pillars-- The Future of Work, Sustainability, Healthy Masculinity, Equity & Access.

Invited to Nitrocross with a clear pathway to a manufacturer's seat, we all thought we had 'made it.' In October '24, we moved back to the USA and simultaneously, Nitrocross folded, crushing a vision and a dream come true for Ellis.
